REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At iTurbo (Dransfield Electrical Company Limited), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our return and refund process.
1. 7-Day Return Policy (Change of Mind)
You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return for any reason (change of mind).
Eligibility:
- The item must be in its original condition — unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us within 7 days if the item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Not working properly
- The wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and arrange a return, exchange, or full refund as appropriate.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective:
- Sale / promotional / clearance items
- Custom-made or specially ordered products
- Personal care / hygiene items
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards / vouchers
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
4. Exchanges
The quickest way is to return the unwanted item (following the process above) and place a new order for the replacement.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
- We do not refund the original shipping fee unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
6. Important Notes
- All returns are subject to inspection. Items that have been used, installed, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging may be rejected or refunded at a reduced amount.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake.
