Dransfield Electrical Company Limited was founded in Hong Kong in 1993 by Mr. Wilson Chan. With a clear vision to provide high-quality kitchen ventilation solutions, the company initially specialised in range hoods, with products manufactured in Taiwan.

Over the years, Dransfield has continuously evolved to meet the changing needs of modern households. In 2003, the company strategically shifted its manufacturing base to mainland China and established its own production facility in Zhongshan / Shunde, a renowned hub for kitchen appliance manufacturing. This move enabled greater control over quality, innovation, and production efficiency while maintaining competitive pricing.
