OVERVIEW Welcome to iTurbo! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Dransfield Electrical Company Limited (“iTurbo”). iTurbo operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). The Services are powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, govern your use of the Services. Please read them carefully.
By visiting, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You also consent to any minor dependents under your care using the Services on devices you control.
You may be required to provide accurate information such as your name, email, billing, and shipping details. You warrant that all information you provide is true, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account. You may not transfer or assign your account to any other person.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS We strive to display our products and services accurately. However, colours, appearances, and other attributes may vary depending on your device and screen settings. We do not warrant that the product you receive will be identical in appearance to the images shown.
All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit any product at our discretion.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. iTurbo reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Your order is not binding until we confirm acceptance and process payment.
We may cancel or modify orders and will notify you using the contact details provided. Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. You represent that all purchases are for your personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation applies. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import duties.
You agree to provide current, accurate payment information and to update it promptly. You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method and that charges will be honoured.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon handover to the carrier.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on the Services (text, images, logos, trademarks, etc.) is owned by iTurbo, its affiliates, or licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to use the Services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS We may provide access to third-party tools. These are provided “as is” without warranties. We have no control over, and bear no responsibility for, such tools. Your use is at your own risk.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our Services. Access them at your own risk. Any dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY iTurbo is powered by Shopify. However, all sales and purchases are transacted directly between you and iTurbo. Shopify is not a party to any sale and has no liability for your transactions with us. You release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Services or purchases.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s privacy practices. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, processing, and transfer of your data as described.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK Any feedback, reviews, or suggestions you submit become our property. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use them for any purpose. We may monitor or remove feedback at our discretion.
SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in pricing, descriptions, or availability, including after an order is placed.
SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Violate any laws or regulations;
- Infringe intellectual property rights;
- Harass, defame, or harm others;
- Transmit spam, viruses, or malicious code;
- Use automated tools (robots, scrapers, AI agents) without authorisation;
- Engage in any conduct that interferes with the Services or exposes us to liability.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations.
SECTION 14 – AGENTS This section applies to any autonomous or semi-autonomous software, script, or AI agent (“Agent”). Agents may only access the Services if they:
- Clearly identify themselves in the User-Agent string as “Agent/[name]”;
- Do not mimic human behaviour or circumvent security measures;
- Comply with any technical restrictions we impose.
We may block or limit Agent access at our discretion.
SECTION 15 – TERMINATION We may terminate or suspend your access at any time without notice. Certain sections survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law).
SECTION 16 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
SECTION 17 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, iTurbo, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and Shopify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services or products.
SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iTurbo, Shopify, and our affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of laws, or misuse of the Services.
SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in full force.
SECTION 20 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT Failure to enforce a right does not waive it. These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
SECTION 21 – ASSIGNMENT You may not assign your rights or obligations. We may assign ours without notice.
SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You and iTurbo irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO TERMS We may update these Terms by posting the revised version. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
