SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for shopping at iTurbo (operated by Dransfield Electrical Company Limited). We currently deliver only within Hong Kong SAR using our own company delivery team.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Area

  • We deliver to most areas in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories.
  • We do not ship to Macau, Mainland China, or overseas.
  • Restricted Areas (extra charges apply): Hong Kong International Airport, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay(vehicle-restricted areas).

3. Shipping / Delivery Fee

  • Free Shipping on all orders over HK$1,000 (except restricted areas below).
  • For orders below HK$1,000: a flat delivery fee of HK$180 applies.
  • Restricted Areas (Airport, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay): An additional surcharge of HK$300 will be charged on top of the normal delivery fee. (This covers extra transportation arrangements such as ferry, tunnel tolls, or manual handling due to vehicle restrictions.)

Delivery fees are calculated and shown at checkout.

4. Delivery Arrangement

  • Our delivery team will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to arrange a suitable time.
  • Deliveries are normally made during business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
  • Please provide a complete address and valid contact number.

5. Delivery Address Accuracy

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • For restricted areas, the customer must confirm accessibility arrangements.

6. Delayed Deliveries

  • Delivery times are estimates only (1–3 business days after dispatch) and not guaranteed.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, typhoons, or events beyond our control.
  • Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 7 business days.

7. Changes or Cancellations

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Please notify us as soon as possible for any address or date changes before dispatch.
