Delivery & Installation Services
iTurbo arranges delivery and installation across Hong Kong for electric storage water heaters, range hoods, and induction / hybrid hobs. Site conditions vary — the final quote prevails.

1. Delivery
1.1 Standard delivery (HK Island, Kowloon, N.T. — lift to flat)

Delivery is by appointment and usually not same-day. Couriers deliver to a lift-accessible point. Installation is not included.

1.3 Stairs / no lift

Example: walk-up to about 4/F, 1 item ≈ $45 × 4 = ~$180 stairs fee (plus area surcharge if any).
1.4 Delivery notes
- Someone must be present to sign for delivery
- Lift and corridor must allow passage (water heaters / hoods are bulky)
- Same-day install after delivery depends on technician schedule — ask via WhatsApp
- Weather or traffic may cause rescheduling
2. Installation (standard starting fees)
Prices are from standard installation. Extra works, pipe/electrical changes, special drilling, disposal, etc. are charged separately.
2.1 Electric storage water heater

Standard install usually includes:
- Wall mounting (suitable wall)
- Surface pipe and wiring within specified length
- Connect cold/hot water and power where suitable points already exist
- Basic water, power and function test
- Removal of one same-type old electric water heater (confirm disposal when ordering)

Electrical & openings (important):
- Electrical run / switch wiring is calculated on a basis of up to 12 feet.
- Wall chasing / cutting wall openings for cable or pipe is not included.
- Range hood standard install includes 1 glass hole only; new cabinet cut-outs are not included.
Important: Electrical work should be done by a registered electrical worker; plumbing by a qualified technician. Specify left/right PTV outlet when ordering. High/low pressure models must match building water pressure. Not included: major renovation, concealed rewiring/re-piping, structural works, management office application fees.
2.2 Range hood

Usually includes: wall mount; one aluminium duct (~5–6", within ~8 ft); 1 glass hole (as applicable); new cabinet cut-out not included; remove one old wall hood (disposal extra); basic test.

Drilling external walls or common areas may need building management approval. Long duct runs reduce suction — send kitchen photos before install.
2.3 Induction / hybrid hob

~2800W class often uses a dedicated 13A socket; higher power needs a dedicated circuit (extra). Not included: whole-flat electrical rebuild, non-standard worktop materials guarantee.
3. Service flow
- WhatsApp enquiry — model, area, floor, install needs
- Quote confirmation — standard items per table; complex works stated or surveyed
- Order appliance — confirm delivery date
- Delivery — by appointment
- Installation — separate booking; test and basic handover
- Payment — appliance and install payment terms confirmed with order (site extras may be collected on site)
4. Terms (summary)
- Fees on this page are starting references; confirmed quote and site conditions prevail.
- Works outside standard scope are extra and may require rescheduling.
- Customer must ensure water/power meet safety requirements; abort due to non-compliant site may incur call-out/travel fees.
- Please reschedule at least 1 working day in advance.
- Warranty follows manufacturer/supplier terms; misuse or non-appointed installers not covered.
- iTurbo / Dransfield Electrical Company Limited may update this schedule; confirmed orders are not affected.
